To participate in Study, you must be:

• 50 to 90 years of age
• Currently Diagnosed with probable Alzheimer's Disease
• Receiving background therapy of Donepezil or Rivastigmine for at least 6 months
• Generally healthy and ambulatory or ambulatory-aided (Walker or Cane)
• In frequent contact with a caregiver, family, social worker, case worker, or nurse
